Sometimes the things we cant stand about people are the things that we can not stand about ourselves….and that is something that has rang crystal clear to me tonite
The things that I ask of him and refuse to accept about him are in all actuality the things that i need to work on my self, my mother has been telling me it for years and now that I have found my match I’m stuck in a position where I have to some what deal with some one like me
The way I talk to people like they’re ten years younger than they really are, or the way i SPAZZ out when the small things get me annoyed, the way I hate it when people hit me but its the first thing I do when I cant get my point across,
I tear up as I write this because I realize that these things seem so small to me when I do it to him but as soon as the tables are turned its a big issue.
People can talk until they’re blue in the face when they ask you to stop doing something they dislike, but when you FINALLY see its effects for yourself…..i want to say that I feel shameful and embarrassed.
Im not perfect (and i cant keep hiding behind that quote) I know I have things to work on, and fast
But I do see the big picture
